FIELD NOTES / SAVED LEARNING
Read two learning traces.
Keep both sets of answers in view. Compare completed traces from the exact same course, follow each question’s original answer, and inspect practice as a separate record.
Where do learning-trace files come from?
Finish a session in RecallWeave. Under Keep or restore a learning trace, choose Download trace (.json). You can save a second completed session or another practice snapshot of the same course. Select those two files here. Course decks, author drafts and unfinished lessons use different formats.
Both files stay in this tab. This reader does not change a lesson, save browser data, or write back to either file. Each file may contain at most 2 MiB of valid UTF-8 JSON.

Choose and check both files to view their comparison. Replacing either file clears the old comparison while the new file is read.
ONE COURSE / TWO RECORDS
A and B are your selected file positions. File save times do not establish when learning occurred. Answer differences and correctness counts do not establish learning improvement or grades. A trace is an editable record; its course content and attribution are supplied by its author.
No questions match these filters. Choose another filter or reset them to see all questions.
Questions follow course order. “Question … in this file” preserves each file’s original first-answer order. First-correct questions have no offered practice; an unstarted round, pending retry and recorded retry remain distinct. No model estimates are compared or updated.
