Build a mental model of how cells move energy—from sunlight to usable work. Each next prompt is chosen from your learning state, not a fixed quiz order.
A concept pathway. The selector can revisit a prerequisite when evidence suggests a useful review.
What do you already know?
No score to protect. Your answers only help choose the next useful connection. You’ll see why each answer is right, then put the idea to work.
The model shows its assumptions and updates. It is a learning aid, not a diagnosis.
Clearly synthetic; compares the adaptive selector with fixed deck order.
How the adaptive model works
Bayesian Knowledge Tracing estimates mastery per concept using explicit initial-knowledge, guess, slip, and learning-transition probabilities. After each response, the selector scores unasked items by expected information gain, weighted toward prerequisite concepts. The values are illustrative defaults, not a validated assessment.
