Start with the actual problem
Tell me what your team does now, where it gets stuck, and what a useful result would look like. I’ll suggest a narrow first step: the input, the output, the checks, and how we would tell whether the change helped. If the existing tool already does the job, I’d rather say that than build a duplicate.
A small, testable pilot
The first pass could use sample or redacted material. We’d agree on data handling, scope, access and terms before using real records. The deliverable would be a working example and a short account of what passed, what failed and what still needs a person.
